Our specially-trained sales engineering TEAM is dedicated to providing HVACR equipment and system design support to consultants, owners and contractors. Each member of our sales TEAM has years of experience with a broad range of expertise in HVACR equipment selection and experience.
Raised in Carroll, IA, Tyler graduated from Kuemper Catholic High School in 2010. He enrolled at Iowa State University and graduated in 2015 with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Tyler began working at Millennium Technology, becoming a co-owner 6 years later. In his free time, he enjoys golfing and fishing along with other activities with family and friends.

Matt is from Pleasant Hill, IA and graduated with a degree in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University in 2016. He began working at Millennium Technology in 2017, eventually becoming co-owner in 2021. In his free time, he enjoys all things sports-related, as well as getting outdoors to camp, bike, or kayak any chance he can get.

Wade is originally from Centerville, IA and graduated with a dual major in Business Management and Marketing from Iowa State University in 2015. Wade joined MTI in October of 2023. In his free time, he enjoys watching sports, spending time with family, and being a movie buff.

Desiree grew up in Centerville, IA and moved to Des Moines, IA in 2017. She has many years of experience in office management and accounting and holds a degree in Communications from Graceland University. Desiree joined MTI in June 2021. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her two grand-daughters, gardening, and traveling.
